Lower Rogue River Canyon reportSorry I didn't keep this up in 2004 but we had 12 three and four day trips in the Lower Rogue River Canyon in the Fall of 2004. We took a total of 58 boats safely through the Canyon and introduced 116 guests to this very special place. In other words I was to busy running the trips to keep the website updated. Below is a collage of pictures taken by my guides, our guests and myself. Enjoy.

Spring Chinook (king) salmon report. There are plenty of salmon heading up river, 500 'Springers' over Gold Rey Dam. They haven't been biting too well yet, but they will. Lets face it they are 'Springers' and if you have never fished for them before, learn this one lesson. They do what they want when they want. Good fishing and tight lines.

Winter steelhead fishing report Clint Graham came back this Winter to try his luck at Winter steelhead fishing. His party hooked and landed five fish and this is one of them. Weather was cold and rainy but when you are catching fish, who cares!

Winter steelhead fishing report. The Rogue River, South Umpqua River, Coquille River and Chetco River are all full of mint bright Winter run steelhead. When conditions are suitable the catches have been awesome.
