A 50% deposit is due when your make your reservation for any half or full-day trips. All deposits are non-refundable.
Full trip payment is due 48 hours before your trip.
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip.

Full trip payment is due 30 days before your trip.
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of your trip.
We understand that signing up for a trip with Arrowhead River Adventures is a significant investment. While we may not be able to offer cash refunds, we are happy to offer credit toward a future trip, or credit in the form of gift cards that you could pass on to other friends or family.
We strongly recommend trip insurance toward the purchase of your trip, plus travel, and any medical expenses. Travel Guard is one option for trip insurance,
Cancellations related to COVID-19
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation due to COVID-19, standard cancellation policies apply. Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions for cancellations caused by COVID-19, and we appreciate you using caution when you choose to join an Arrowhead Adventure. In the event that you cancel your reservation at the last minute due to a positive COVID-19 test result or possible exposure, we will be happy to rebook your trip or issue credit toward a future trip. Thank you for putting your health and the health of others first.

In order to join a trip, participants must complete all registration forms and materials, and be paid in full.
All participants will follow guide instructions for safety on the water, will wear lifejackets when required, and obstain from activities that put themselves or others at risk.
Drug use, including marijuana, is prohibited. Please do not bring or use illicit substances on our trips.
Pets are not permitted on our trips. If you have a service animal please give us a call.
Firearms are prohibited.
All are welcome on Arrowhead River Adventure trips. We expect all participants to be members of a welcoming community. Sexist, racist, or otherwise marginalizing or discriminating words or actions will not be tolerated.
All participants are expected to adhere to Arrowhead River Adventure COVID-19 practices.
Information we collect and why
We collect personal information In order to give each guest the best possible experience. We ask all participants to disclose basic medical and dietary information. This information is only shared among Arrowhead River Adventures staff, or in the case of a medical emergency, with medical responder professionals. On trips where we serve food, dietary information is used to make sure we provide you with healthy, nutritious meals that meet your specific needs. We gather medical information so our guides know how to best support your daily needs and understand your medical history in the event of an emergency.
Personal contact information and emergency contact information
Personal information is shared only among Arrowhead River Adventures staff and is primarily used to provide you with information related to your trip. Client phone numbers, emails, and addresses may be used for marketing or promotional purposes, which you can opt out of at any time. Emergency contact information will only be used in the event of an emergency and will not be used for promotional purposes.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult when logging on to our registration portal or internal Arrowhead trip social sites.
Arrowhead River Adventures staff or other guests may take photos or video during the course of the trip. We reserve the right to use any such comments and/or imagery collected during the course of a trip or received thereafter for marketing purposes. We have no control over photo or video content collected and distributed by individual guests.
