Yoga on the Rogue-a

Yoga and rafting on Oregon's
Wild and Scenic Rogue River

Stretch and breathe, splash and paddle, yoga and rafting are the perfect pairing.

Yoga and rafting - what could be better? Join us for rejuvenating yoga, exciting rapids, and gorgeous scenery on the world class Wild and Scenic Rogue River.

The Wild and Scenic section of the Rogue River is one of the most beautiful and unique places on earth. This is the trip if you're looking to truly experience the magic of the Pacific Northwest. We float 34 miles in four days through this coastal canyon river corridor teaming with wildlife. On this trip, we offer an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature with yoga and camping along the river. Our friendly staff will prepare delicious meals and snacks each day, and you'll have access to the Rogue River Trail, which parallels the river through the length of the canyon.

Our experienced yoga instructor will lead daily yoga practice - an opportunity to rejuvenate, rest, stretch, and breathe. You'll be able to lay back in shavasana with the sounds of the river and forest surrounding you. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.

This adventure features sections of smooth glassy water as well as significant whitewater rapids. Rainey Falls is a great place for family photos. Then hold on tight and prepare to get wet as we raft through whitewater at Mule Creek Canyon and Blossom Bar, both rated Class IV.

This trip is offered in the fall, with milder temperatures and fewer crowds. The hillsides glow with autumn colors and foraging wildlife. Mornings and evenings are crisp while days are still usually sunny and warm. Be sure to bring your camera for shots you won't find anywhere else and keep your eyes open for black bears with cubs.

This trip operates on the traditional territory of the ancestral lands of the Cow Creek Umpqua, Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, Tolowa Dee-ni’, Takelma, and Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.

We will meet you near the river at the start of the trip and drive you back to your vehicle at the end of the trip. For an additional fee you can arrange to have your personal vehicle shuttled to the takeout. We recommend the personal vehicle shuttle if you are planning to visit the coast, Crater Lake, the Redwoods, or any other local attractions before heading home.

We will explore the river in Arrowhead River Adventures whitewater rafts, typically with six participants and one guide per boat. Experienced guides will show you all the river has to offer, including side hikes along the Rogue River Trail, which parallels the river through the length of the canyon.

We offer riverside camping and all equipment is included. We provide comfortable tents, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads - everything you need for a wonderful trip.

Our river guides will prepare all your meals, and of course there will be no shortage of snacks. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated, just give us a call if you have questions.
